  • Usage and device data, such as IP address, browser type, and pages viewed, collected through our publishing platform and standard logs for security and analytics.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • Process payments and manage your subscription and account;

  • Send you marketing or promotional communications about the Service, which you can opt out of at any time;

  • Stripe — payment processing;
  • GoHighLevel — customer relationship management, marketing automation, and communications;
  • Zapier — workflow automation that connects the tools above;
  • Market-data providers — for the analysis in the Publication (these do not receive your personal subscriber information).

We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or in connection with a business transfer. Each provider maintains its own privacy practices.

5. Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, and afterward as required to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You may request deletion as described below.

We and our service providers use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your Rights & Choices

Email: you can opt out of marketing emails at any time using the link in any email or your account settings. Text messages: if we send texts, you can opt out by replying STOP. Access, correction, and deletion: you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing us. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights — for example, under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) (including the right to know, delete, and opt out of sale — and we do not sell personal information) or the EU/UK GDPR (including access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection).
